Three youth players to start pre-season in London

Catalan sports paper El Mundo Deportivo claims that, because of injuries and international games, Barcelona can at this moment only count on fifteen squad players for the trip to London and that several Barcelona youth players will therefore start the pre-season with the first team.

Since Barcelona Atlètic central defenders Albero Botía (20) and Andreu Fontàs (19) are playing an international tournament with the Spanish under-20 national team, Barcelona Juvenil A central defender Marc Muniesa (17) would certainly take part.

Barcelona Atlètic attacking midfielder Thiago (18 - picture) and Barcelona wing attacker Gai Assulin (18) would also have a big chance to join in.

Great. All of those are players I think will be important players in a matter of a few years. And if Muniesa doensn´t join the A team officially, than is he going to Barca Athletic or is he going back to the Juvenil A team?

Ypu can put your money on Barcelona Atlètic, Brandon. They are making room for him there.

Jonathan dos Santos will be playing with Barca Athletic next season

Jeffren played well in the last pre season in the US despite fighting injury - he deserves to join the team or move where he can play and develop.
