Madrid sports tabloid As that Barcelona sports director Txiki Begiristain has already sounded out or been offered twenty-two players this year.
The main reason why Barcelona still didn't sign any players would mainly be the lack of financial means.
The list of 22 players would consist of the following names:

Hey they aren't bad players to be linked with however I think Madrid would probably hold the record. Last I heard they were interested in Rafa Nadal lol
22 players and still not one signed we should buy as soon as possible
its a madrid paper. So to say we dont have funds to buy at least one of these players is not strange..

nothing more than a compilation of a few rumors. not very spectacular.
That coming from a paper based in the city whose team did not win anything this season, who needs to do wholesale changes, and yet only able to secure the services of two players. hmmm....
So much for flush with money. Mounting debts and yet willing to pay overprice for players. Compare that to FCB, no debt and prudent. Wise.
I bet they are now regretting that move as every player they made contact with now wants more than their real value. I will not be surprised if RM is unable to buy anymore highly rated players such as Ribery or Villa this season and have to make do with their current squad. And I guess so do Barca becoz of RM stupidity.

Overwhelming list of great players... but i believe Barca are only focusing on 3 targets this summer
1) Villa
2) Luis Felipe
3) Zhirkov
No money should be spent on a GK since Barca extended Valdes's contract and Pinto proved he can compete still... that way they can focus their budget on these 3
