Eto'o agent met with AC Milan agent

Sky Italia reports that Barcelona striker and Cameroonian international Samuel Eto'o's (28) agent Josep Maria Mesalles met with A.C. Milan transfer consultant Ernesto Bronzetti. The two were photographed together on Monday evening.

Swedish tabloid Aftonbladet claims the two agents would have met after Mesalles had finished the first round of negotiations with Inter Milan regarding the transfer of his client.

The agents were purported to have had a late dinner together at the restaurant Trattoria Da Giannino on Via Vittor Pisani. An Aftonbladet source in Milan also claims that A.C Milan can do little stop the negotiations with Inter: "It's a matter of negotiation tactics, Mesalles wants to put pressure on Inter with other alternatives. But there is no way that Milan has the resources that which Eto'o claims under these circumstances."

Eto'o's agent is simply bullshit.he proved it by arranging press conference to run propaganda against our club.hope we will ban him from FCB.actually he is the reason for eto'o's exit.laporta wanted to keep eto'o.but this whore agent demanded something which was simply impossible to be accepted by barca.

Mind you, Aftonbladet is the Swedish equivalent of The Sun.

The way I understood it, and from what I read on Sky Sport Italia myself was that Bronzetti was with Moratti when they met Mesalles - I honestly don't think he was trying to negotiate for AC Milan at all.

They just had a friendly chat as I've read. Maybe Mesalles needed some info about how to deal with transfers in italy. I'm sure Bronzetti (as AC Milan guy) has explained him everything carefully... ;)

Do not use Aftonbladet as a source..

Blog editors please heed what knowledgeable members of this forum say about not taking news from unreliable source as it just tend to be their reporters speculation and not newsworthy. We cannot afford to get hyped up over speculations anymore esp. regarding this agent.

AC mian cant even pay more than 14 mil euros for Fabiano. no ways they would be ready to pay Eto's price. just BS!

As if Sport is reliable... If you only want to read "true" stories, you should stick with fcbarcelona.cat.

Remember back when Pep was running the blog himself, he said he just doesn't want to publish all those sensational news surrounding the team and club. He picks and choose reliable ones.

We have always had all stories, also those from The Sun. Look at the baseline of the blog: "All the rumours, all the fact".

It's not because it's not the most reliable source that everything is a lie..

Hell, some rumours help fill up the voids during the season :-). And there's some responsability with the reader as well. We read this and make up for ourselves how credible some things are(n't)..

Keep up the good work guys, loving this blog.

I'm from Sweden and Aftonbladet is a BS source and everybody in Sweden knows that. So I wouldn't pay much attention to that...

Agreed... I want "All the rumours, all the facts", just as the Blog advertises... a rumour is a rumour no matter how far fetched or reliable... I welcome all news regarding Barcelona... if I only wanted official news I would just check FCBarcelona.com, but that's not why I come here. I come here to see all of the news, whether it's real, fake, speculation, a silly cartoon, whatever... that's what makes this site the best source for Barça news, they consolodate almost every story printed to one place. Keep up the good work guys.
