with his death and foe's, puerta's i wonder if there is some problem with the modern game, or whether is just more publicised now that we hear about these tragic events where we didn't before?
Yes SJP, I too have my suspicion tho I guess with the thousands of professional sportsmen/women training hard every day, there's bound to be some whose body could just not take any more punishment, asked of a modern athlete.

Puerta had a congenital heart condition… nothing to do with the game.
