I don't think it would be worth spending $40 - 50 million on Cesc at this point.
Perhaps next season when Arsenal don't win anything again and he gets restless we can buy him for about $30 million.
Now is not the time to invest so much money for him. We should buy Xavi Martinez.
We should NOT pay more than 30M Euros . He is good but not that good to justify 30M + players !!
