Catalan sports paper Sport claims that the contract of Barcelona Atlètic central defender José Antonio Solano (23 - picture, in the middle) has been rescinded.
Barcelona would this week have found a deal with the player, who arrived last summer from Spanish third division club Ecija, to put an end to the contract that expired in 2010. Solano didn't start the pre-season with Barcelona Atlètic and is now free to negotiate with other clubs.
