Asked about the situation of Palmeiras forward Keirrison (20), the player's agent Marcos Malaquias has said in an interview with Brazilian news site Terra that the deal should be finalized by next week:
"He is training in a gym in Curitiba with a personal coach. He's doing his normal exercises. By next week everything should be clear.
Although a deal with Barcelona is still not certain, we're not talking with other clubs. We are very close to finalizing a deal with Barcelona but now we can we only wait. There are some bureaucratic details left but a final agreement is close. Barcelona is still not sure if he will stay or will leave on loan, and in the last case, to which club."

Why haven't we already signed him, is there still all the ifs and buts surrounding this as well....Man if they lose him then they will regret it for years to come, this guy is the next torres but will be a much better scorer in La Liga I truely believe that. Seriously they need to sort this one out regardless of what happens with the Villa deal. We can't just give this guy all the hope in the world and then just dump him....that would be a digrace. Forca Barca Fcuking Madrid!!!
Its Better to say something like ... "Deals on villa, filipe etc. COULD be completed within 2 weeks (thats the pre-season)" ... Man ... plz sign someone !

Nah.. I think the deal with K9 is secured. The only prob is whether he'll join us or loaned to another club. I'm sure he'll come regardless of the Villa deal.
IMO all the "beauracratic talk" could be about the cost incurred (agents/clubs payments etc.) should he join us and then loaned out.
Just telling ya Barça, Txiki, don't push it to much.
