WT* is happening with Villa???

What about Valencia?
Valencia has been a problematic club for a while but now it seems to run totally out of hand.

Last month, Soriano was as president replaced by Llorente. Now Soriano claims that a group of investors has a majority of the shares, that he's the spokesperson of that group and that he wants his seat back. Llorente says "show me the papers", Soriano says "I own this place, I don't have to show you anything". There could be a general assembly next month.

Besides that, we have a ghost firm in Uruguay, taped meetings, the Valencian maffia, children's drawings and ladies underwear. Now you can put all this together, because I cannot follow anymore. I'm just giving you the basic elements and you can do something creative with it.

What is Barcelona doing?
Basically, just waiting. And keeping Forlán warm. And looking for houses. And hacking Villa's official website. And trying to sell Eto'o to Manchester City. Although Laporta said today that Villa or Forlán will come even if Eto'o stays because they want to strengthen the centre forward position anyhow. Which should mean that if Eto'o leaves, we will sign both Villa ànd Forlán. And my source tells me that Keirrison is already in Barcelona.

What is Villa doing?
Letting his agent leak to the press that Soriano has promised him, when the latter still was president, that the striker could leave this summer. While Llorente said he can only leave for a "scandalously scandalous" offer. Which was apparently not the 25 million euro plus Negredo that Madrid offered, nor the 40 million euro plus Cáceres on loan plus Bojan on loan that Barcelona offered.

What's next?
Villa and/or his agent would next week meet with Valencia. Valencia at this moment means "Llorente", but could mean "Soriano" next week. Or "some Uruguayan kid". Who would then be bought by Wenger.

Conclusion
Goal.com can't even invent rumours that are a little credible.

fuck this shit. its not worth it. i really want to see villa in barca. but now i want eto to stay. ig valencia want more than 45M they should kill them self. villa is not worth 45M. forlan, why forlan. his old. give 30M for old striker is apsurd. fabregas- 40M. why give 40M for player from our youth sistem. 30M Bruno Alves, lol. his old, and we dont need more cb. we cant deal filipe for 10M. at the and of summer we will be happy if we get anybody with this work of begiristain

El Fuego you are totally right. F..k those overrated player and their clubs. Villa is not worth that kind of money neither is Fabregas, and especially not Bruno alves. Keep eto'o and buy Filipe.

we cant keep eto'o,he must leave and i think he also knows that this is his best time to leave barca.we really need villa with all cost,i dont really support the option of forlan, but i do with villa.he is a real barcelona type,u jut ask XAVI.

All that is missing from this scenario is the 'prostitute' who has slept with both presidents and holds the 'real' balance of power lol

I am leaning towards this option too, koko=barca & el fuego.
find a solution for Eto'o's situation. if he wants 13 and he earns 7 right now give him 10. although I do believe this is very much since I think Messi is getting less than that. everybody is tough nowadays. just too fucking bad. I wouldn't pay more than 20 for Fabregas. and I wouldn't either pay one penny more than what Eto'o is sold for to Valencia for Villa. Bruno Alves? seriously? 30 freaking millions? I would rather fuck myself with the fake Ronaldo.

And who has a child that will become the next president since both think that it's their child and see the biy as their successor...

trez said...

Messi will get a rise, like Iniesta.

Eto'o would have now 7,5 and he would want 10. Everything unconfirmed. So give him 8,5 and three or four years, he'll be happy with that, cause he can stay close to one of his children who is kind of his god and who's living in Mallorca now.

If you sell him for 25 and buy Villa for 45 and pay Villa 7,5, it's clear that also financial Eto'o is the better choice. Yes, then he leaves for free to Mallorca in 3-4 years, but Villa will also leave for free, I think, since he's 27.

Although I think everything is too broken with Eto'o. On the other hand: we did think that last year too adter Guardiola ezven explicitly said he didn't want him anymore.

after all the open media shit with Eto'o yeah I would rather take Villa or Forlan over him since no one can guarantee this won't happen again some time in the future. but to pay a staggering 20 millions difference to either Valencia or the other gay team in Madrid..as I said it before and I will say it again.. I would rather fuck myself with the fake Ronaldo. when you hear that someone has actually paid 56 million Euro for Kaka you are like sweet Marry Jesus and Joseph but to hear that they ask 36 for Forlan..I simply ran out of words.

fcbee said...

If Atletico plays it hard, it will even be more than 36 millions because that's vat (6 per cent, 14 per cent I don't know) not included.

seriously though, Albiol's deal is a great business, the prices in the market right now don't reflect at all the quality of the players. Albiol is two times better than this Bruno Alves. if we are looking for a CB then we missed that chance.

Anonymous said...

fcbee yeah I checked it right now, it is possible, so they expect us to pay a sum of 70 million Euro for Forlan and Bruno. that's an insult. we can get Ibrahimovic for that sum and live happily ever after (theoretically).
if I was in the place of the board I would pretend to accept these prices and send them a suitcase with middle fingers instead of the cash.

thebackseatstrangler said...

this is a total f'ing mess. i don't like it from any angle, really. in my opinion we should've stuck w/our gut and gone with ibrahimovic. is what we're offering for villa that much more than inter milan would have asked for? we could have swapped eto'o & not have had to dealt w/so many different entities. especially valencia which looks like honduras, not knowing who is in charge & unable to move forward.

there's questions of whether or not he'd adapt quick enough, but how long is it gonna take for all of madrid's signings to click?

I watched Ibrahimovic this season a lot and he doesn't worth that either. but what can you do.
Ribery is not worth a penny over 30 millions. no way. actually, in so many games with Bayern this season he was absolute shit, they will tell us that Bayern was utter crap, but if we are paying 64874 for him we expect him to do wonders. and after all we still have Iniesta and Henry, so I don't really mind not buying him or anyone really. but the market being like this, selling Eto'o for 25 m is a bit low.

Fellow cules For what it is worth - I believe the FCBarca board have not bid for any player it is all a smoke screen. Simpley because they have convinced themselves that the team can deliver the goods next season like they did last season. Mark my words it is all going to end in tears. All the stories remind me of the fairy tales my mum used to read me when I was just a kid and I didn't believe them either

I am convinced we will not sign any players of note and I could not care less any more the sooner this president and his fellow nut case go the better. They are making Barcelona the laughting stock of Europe.

They are just playing stupid games and lost all sense of reality.

Barca4ever so pep asked for more players in the squad but the board will instead shrink his squad? No way. Villa is ours. You'll see. isn't it 1,5 months left on the transfer window? Barca will buy a LB, Villa, Keirrison (loan out), a midfielder and bring back henrique.

In the end of the transfer window we will use all of our 60-80 mill on Keirrison 15, Villa 45, LB 10, midfielder for 15-20 mill.

Selling Eto'o for 25 mill means this will cost us 60-65 mill.

If we can't sell Eto'o then there is no reason buying Villa. We can keep Keirrison, and instead of buying Villa we can buy Masch or Cesc.

all i can say is madrid effed up the market. i fully blame them for our difficulties. i'm sure perez and cohorts are laughing their b's off i hope they choke on their saliva. sorry for the language pep. feel free to delete but i just had to vent for a bit.

You do have to think about it, when you look...

1) AS report Pep and Laporta aren't getting along because of transfers

Ok, so you think it is just AS it doesn't matter...

2) Sport and EMD pick up the same story. They say despite Peps wishes Laporta doesnt see the need to add to the squad

Still just paper speculation though, right?

3) Laporta says at a charity dinner "If I had my way we would not sign anybody"

Thing is, he is the President, the top man, so he will get his own way, surely?

You also have to take into account Laporta's history. Laporta doesn't listen to people who know football...he didn't in 2006, and he didn't in 2007 truly identify the problems, he ignored those who offered wisdom...in 2008 his ass was on the line so he listened and did what the people who knew the sport wanted.

Now we are back, his ass is safe for a year...so I believe right now he is dragging his heels, despite Peps protestations.

Truth is winning the big league is just like winning promotion from a lower league...a team might of won the lower league but that team needs to strengthen so it can compete in the higher league. It is the same with us...if you don't strengthen teams will pass you by...as Sevilla and Real did last time when Laporta sat idly by.

It is depressing to see it. I hope Txiki and Pep get him to pull his finger out soon, because it isn't looking good. We need players like Villa, Filipe and co who will come in and WANT TO WIN...people who will compete and shake things up a bit.

I am worried currently...not that we will do poorly, because I don't think we will, but because we seem to think we cannot improve, which isn't true, there is always room for improvement.

I am worried that we are spending too long focussing on one guy and might end up with no one decent to show for it (like Madrid with Ronaldo last year, who did they end up with eventually? van der Vaart). Again, Madrid made the mistake of not improving last summer.

If this Villa thing drags on longer than one more week we need to forget it and buy elsewhere...we cannot simply hang around and end up with nobody like Madrid did.

Goal.com has denied the rumour about a done deal. Typical.

You can't blame Barca and Laporta alone. Real Madrid wanted to ruin the transfer marked and they succeeded. They could have taken their time and negotiated the prices for their players, but they didn't. By throwing a crazy big money, they got their player and hit Barca as well. 2 flies 1 slap. Other clubs' though is "Real paid big money then Barca have also to do so". Barca have been struggling to strengthen the team. The deadline is closing is, but there are still nothing but problems have made their ways through.

But their is still time and the players Barca wants are almost still available. Their is nothing for us fans can do beside supporting the squad, which gave os a lot of joy during last season. Whatever happens, I still believe that Barca still can give Real a hell of a run next season. Joan Laporta has only one season left. Please remember what this man has given the club. Last summer, who would believed in Pep Guardiola (I actually did)? A new president with his new project is on the way. Be patient :-)
