Youth: Juvenil A team wins Champions' cup

Barcelona Juvenil A, Barcelona's highest youth team (players born in 1990 or younger - see the squad list here), have won the Champions' Cup on Sunday after defeating Celta Vigo 2-0 in the final.

The Champion's cup is a cup competition between the seven regional Juvenil A champions of Spain. This was the fifteenth time the tournament was played. Barcelona Juvenil A only had won the cup once before, in 2005.

The Juvenil A team already won the league title last month (read more here) and will from next week on compete for the King's Cup.
