Barcelona highest youth team, Barcelona Juvenil A (players born in 1990 or younger, see the squad list here), became league champions yesterday after defeating Gramanet 3-1. Barcelona manager Josep Guardiola watched the game from the stands.The team last won the league in the 2005-2006 season, when current Barcelona players Bojan Krkic and Sergio Busquets - as well as former Barcelona player Giovani dos Santos - were part of the squad. Barcelona Juvenil A will compete for two more trophies this season: the Champions' Cup and the King's Cup.
