Catalan sports paper Sport claims that Vilajuïga goalkeeper Jordi Masip (20 - picture on the left) returns to Barcelona to act as back-up for Barcelona Atlètic goalkeeper Oier until the end of the season.
This way, Barcelona covers for the dropping out of Barcelona Atletic goalkeeper Miño who’s injured for the rest of the season (read more here).
Masip played last season with Barcelona Juvenil A and did the pre-season with Barcelona Athletic. Although he was loaned out to fourth division club Vilajuïga (read more here), he still was regularly training with Barcelona Atlètic this season.
