He never played for Getafe, started at RM though he hardly ever played there, was awesome at Betis, helped them to 4th or 3rd in La Liga- probably a legend in Betis, signed for Barca for 2 after that- gaining mostly sub apearances.

I remember him for the white boots. He must have been one of the first to use them, caught everyone's attention as he did his stepovers. Was a very good player on his day, played as a sort of creative inside forward.; 20 April, 2009
