Catalan sports paper Sport claims that Real Madrid presidential candidate Florentino Pérez wants to sign Barcelona attacker and Spanish international Andrés Iniesta (24) this summer.
Pérez is expected to return to the Madrid presidency later this year and Iniesta would be on top of the list of transfer targets Pérez is working on, ahead of people like Cristiano Ronaldo, Kaká or Messi.
With Iniesta not thinking about leaving Barcelona and the buyout fee of the player being 150 million euro, a transfer seems nevertheless highly unlikely.
