Crosas wins Scottish League Cup

Celtic Glasgow won on Sunday the Scottish League Cup by defeating city rivals Rangers 2-0, with the two goals scored in extra-time.

Former Barcelona midfielder Marc Crosas stayed on the bench for the whole game.



Marc Crosas joined Celtic Glasgow in 2008. Since Barcelona can buy Crosas back in the summer of 2010 for two million euro (read more here), this blog will follow the performances of the midfielder over those two years.

Congrats mate! I'm sure this along with the goals you scored will raise your confidence and make you play even better. By the way Pep, is Crosas a more creative Xavi type player, more defensive like Pep G. or and attacking mid like Iniesta?

As far as I can judge: playing style somewhere between Xavi and Iniesta and looks a bit like Guardiola, so a mixture of the three players you mention... ;)

We can talk about this in a year, we might have a better view on it then... He's certainly a prize winner: French cup, French league, Scottish league cup in less than one year. And still competing for the Scottish league.
