Benzema not a transfer target anymore

Catalan sports paper Sport claims that Barcelona is no longer interested in Olympique Lyon forward and French international Karim Benzema (21).

Although Barcelona would have made last summer a bid of 45 million euro° for the French striker, the latest scouting reports on Benzema, the fact that he has said to be a Real Madrid fan and the transfer fee Lyon is asking have caused Benzema to drop from the target list.

Barcelona's first option is at this moment to continue with Barcelona forward Samuel Eto'o (27). If the Cameroonian player would decide not to renew his contract, Valencia forward and Spanish international David Villa (27) would be the number one candidate to replace him.

Good riddance. Thank god the transfer talks would stop now, at least till the end of the season.

Now we can concentrate on the likes of Ribéry, Van Persie, Agüero, Asenjo, Lahm, Zhirkov, Villa, etc.

Better know that he's a history to blaugranaz, he's a staunch R.M. fan and he's wasted our time trying to tune him to come to barca. Now we can concentrate on important issues than him !!!!!!

i dont like benzema he should go to real and become a second anelka there

its simple but requires alot of money (but if we win cl it will be a joke{la liga is already won and i dont care what guardiola says hehehe}),henry out aguero in,guddy out ribery in, sylvinho out lahm in ,jorquera and pinto out asenjo and the youth lad in

thats all and we will be the best team ever existed in football(galacticos who???)

also i believe we should keep pedro,i think he is amazing , he is always a threat when he is on field,he has amazing first touch,he was unlucky with his injury,i expect pep to use him more in order to prove himself like busquets did and keep him next year too.

2 or 3 purchases maximum for the summer make us the unbeatable for several years:

Henrique will be back so no need for any defenders.

Most essential:

Franck Ribery: Skill and High Pace.
(money + Hleb -- Bayern were interested in Hleb in the summer)

Luka modric: He was close to Barca in the summer.Tottenham are struggling now.Sell Gudjonsen.

If Etoo goes out for good money, then bring in David Villa.

Personally, I would like to bring in one of brazil u-20 stars: mainly an incredible striker called Walter.

In a race between Bemzema and Villa, id choose Villa 90 times out of 100 for the simple fact that David is allready settled in Spain. Plus, he delivers in a top league, Benzema delivers but the french league isnt the premiera division..

Villa is old to pay too much money for. Better move is to renew etoo for 4-6 years at which time he will be 31-33 and bojan will be 22-24 icardi will be 19-21 and we will have our own ready made replacements for etoo. It is much cheaper that way. Ribery would not be bad on the left wing he is 25 in another 5 years gai would be 22 and ready to start and ribery can leave at age 30, not to mention gerard deulofeu (whom every big team in europe seems to be following) will be 19 at that point.

everything depens on the cl matches. Wait after that match to decide you will go form benzema or not! Ribery is a good player but doesn't score a lot of goals. he cannot replace gudjohnsen and in my opnion his style looks like iniesta's.they're very similar. If we get a central midfielder to replace guddy it will be a strong guy, with a good shot. I'm thinking gourcuff?maybe a left footed one because except keita everyone is right footed!
I've read yesterday that they were interested in that walter guy. probably a good thing. Get the brazilians when they're young!
as a left back defender may be maxwell? I know cruijff likes him, that says a lot and in 2010 he's free agent so inter would still get a fee this summer.

I like pedro too! he scored a lot over the last weeks so i didn't understand why he didn't get to start with the first team against mallorca!

Well if he's a Real Madrid fan, so be it.

Villa to Nou Camp for sure. Valencia need the money, Villa needs the team.
