Hleb seems to leave us in June http://www.terra.es/deportes/futbol/articulo/hleb-barcelona-medio-pie-589648.htm
VAMOS MARQUEZ!!! 2-O MEXICO!
Henry & Messi both played full matches. Wish they would have gotten some rest but what are you going to do.
Pique replaced Puyol in the starting lineup and almost got beat on a through ball but Heskey went down and the refs called an offside.
Messi scored for Argentina's 2nd goal. They won 0-2 against France, Henry, Abidal and Messi played the whole 90 minutes. A wonderful debut by Messi under Maradona.
Marquez red card was not deserved in my opinion... 50/50 ball... he has every right to go after it. I don't understand why refs feel the need to protect keepers so much.
HA. sorry marquez, but that was a cheap shot at Howard. this is good news for Barça, marquez will rest for the next mex game. USA baby!!! mexico cant compete with the U.S. anymore, theyve outgrown mexico. Michael Bradley was outstanding!
