It's not really clear why Henrique didn't play the last two games. There was a rumour about an injury but the coach just seemed to prefer another guy.

With the team having only obtained one out of six points without Henrique, the majority of the fans wants Henrique back in the team next week.

maybe because they think he will rejoin barça next year. it would be a pity because leverkusen is a good team to lend out players!

Henrique is probaly our best central defender. Our head of defense is Manuel Friedrich, who (unfortunately) is unimpeachable. He´s not the fastest and often makes faults. But in the coach´s opinion, Friedrich organizes Bayer´s defense. But in my opinion, he´s not good enough for that.
Anyway, for the last position in our central defense the coach has the choice between Henrique, Sinkewicz and Haggui. He prefers Sinkiewicz, and I really don´t know why. Sinkiewizc had a cruciate rupture and isn´t ready for the Bundesliga. But Bruno Labbadia seems to be an Sinkiewizc sympathisant and let him play. Result: Sinkiewicz played two awful matches against Dortmund and Stuttgart. Sinkiewicz is a very good defender, but he hasn´t yet the feeling for the Bundesliga after his injury. I hope next match against Hoffenheim Bruno Labbadia considers Henriqe for the second place in Bayer´s central defense.
I really hope it´s not for the probable return of Henrique to barca in Summer 09. He´s young and very good defender, I hope he could stay with Bayer for another year in Germany. :-)
