Asked about the situation of Olympique Lyon midfielder and Barcelona loan out Marc Crosas (20), Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas said to journalists that no decision will be taken until Lyon has appointed a new manager:
"It's possible that the player will stay with us. He had a good half season at the club and people like him. We were satisfied by his performances and when we've taken a decision on the new coach, we'll see if he can continue with us. "

I wish Barcelona would just make an offer of 35mil or so, plus Crosas for Benzema. If Barcelona are somehow able to offer 40mil Euro for Villa, why can't they offer up the same amount for Benzema? plus adding Crosas might be that extra sweetener that Lyon needs to make the deal. It's only a matter of time before Benzema leaves Lyon, so why not at least be open to considering the best possible offers you can get for him?
