Barça B: Iago leaves Barcelona

They don't say that, just that he leaves Barcelona.

Barcelona is run by incompentent idiots these days. Cancel a contract? What's that suppose to mean. He's a great talent and they cancel his contract. I have no words for this.

No one will pay you something big for a player which is unhappy and wants only to leave. What you want to do with him? Keep him against his will?

There is no reason to blame the board. If Iago would have a place in the second team, everything would have been fine. But its not and in this case I understand that he wants to leave. He is already 18 and last year he could go to Chelsea but he stayed. And for this he should play in Juvenil? No...good luck Iago.

Well at least this won't be a case of another club poaching one of our youth products. For better or worse Iago chose to leave. A sad day nontheless for the club. I find Enrique's decision baffling, but we may never truly know what lead to his decision in this case.

I would like to give Enrique the benefit of the doubt, but if Pep thought otherwise, and that Iago indeed was a valuable asset to the club's future I believe Iago would have stayed. Of course it's all speculation. I wish Iago the best and if one day the decision comes back to bite Barcelona in the ass they will only have themselves to blame!

Hope he breaks both his legs and quit playing football. Is it just me or is he a ungrateful bastard?

According to this report it seems that Juventus signed him.

Considering the stupidity, ignorance and absurdity of Barca's board on this matter I would somehow masochistically enjoy seeing this young lad kicking us out of the Champions League with his new club because that is only thing that Barca deserves after acting like this.
Complete board as well as Luis Enrique and his staff should be harshly questioned by press and fans bout their actions.
Why could there be any loan deals concluded? Why is he leaving after all? What example will that provide to other perspective young players? Who could blame Thiago / Gai / Icardi / Ebwelle for eventual exit if they are lead by this example?
I am really disappointed.

i agree with eye.this sets the opposite example than messi and bojan.the kid loves barca he stayed here although he could go to man utd and chelsea last year,to hear what?we dont think you can play in barca b this season,

why the F$@#!$ do we buy 23-24 old players for barca b ?shouldnt barca b be players that some will be promoted?barca b should be full of 17-19 players not 24-25 finished players.i dont care if barca b fells to 5th division who cares, since none of the players playing there will be promoted(except 2-3 young talents gai/thiago).i prefer they play in the 5th division with youngsters than this that happens now.

dude seriusly ?its not the lads fault that he didnt got selected for barca b since luis enrique is afraid of losing his job and uses more experienced players .also never never hope for sth that bad happen to a footballer for whatever reason and finally i think its just you that doesnt understand the situation here.

skanjos you are right...they sign players from 23,24,25 years old and you know they will never gonna be promoted to the first team. I dont want Barca Athletic to make any transfers, only promoting from the Juvenil A.

Pep, you have a link to the article on the official website? i cant find it

I have to agree with skanjos on the older players buying, I also dont like it. Exactly how you say.

But the point of eye is false. How the fuck is this boards blame? Just tell me - you think its right to keep unhappy player? Ok, I would also like a loan deal but if the player doesnt agree, what you want to do? Force him?

As for example of Bojan and Messi. If these guys would be in their 18 playing for Juvenil without chance of a B team, they would also leave. This has nothing to do with an example. You think Gai would leave Barcelona with a huge chance to get in the first team just because Iago left? :-)

If Barça Atletic was just for juvenil promoted kids, they wouldn't make it in a division as hard as the Third, where 50% of the players are 30-sthg vets with experience in la Liga's First and Second divisions. We may not like the transfers of 24-year-olds to Barça At. but they are necessary.

What the fuck you bullshitting about.
Put yourself in his shoes.

Before Iago's parents kinda forced him to go Madrid, but Iago said if they keep forcing him, he will quit football completely, he only wants Barca.

Unfortunetely, he is not importantly treated.
