New Barcelona Atlètic coach Luis Enrique had made clear to Fali, who made his debut with the first team two months ago in the last game of the season against Real Murcia, that he didn't count on the player for next season (read more here).

Am I the only one somewhat surprised by this move? Ok, I know it was only one game, - and a meaningless game at that - but how do you go from playing on the first team to somehow not being "good" enough to go back to playing with the 'B' Team? I'm a bit perplexed. Maybe someone can clue me in?
yeah i thought exactly the same thing, how you tell a player who probably should join the first team that you arent included in your next seasons plan
I actually think that Fali just played with the first team cause Guardiola didn't really needed him at Barcelona B (that was then still playing for the title), so it's not that he played with the first team because he was the star of the B team. Same goes for Rueda.
