That's why I stated even before the season came to an end that Barcelona's #1 priority signing should have been Diego but nobody listened. Knowing that Ronnie's departure was all but imminent I knew they (Barcelona) needed a creative, attack minded midfielder than can score. And quite simply Diego's name was the first and only one that came to mind.

Unless Diego loses a lot of form over the next year, he should be our #1 transfer target after this season. he wasn't going to leave Bremen this summer for any price, i don't think.

Pep: do you have any news about us reaching out to Zenit for Arshavin again?

What da f*ck!!??? We don't need Diego we need 4 signings for dream team -> Silva and Fabreagas in mid, and Aguero and Benzema in att. With Messi and Bojan they will rull La Liga.

Well said by Rexach. R.Madrid is going for V.d.Vaart for only 13M! I wonder if he is good enough for them, why isn't he good enough for Barca? Anyway, they are the club Barca used to be. Full of quality Dutch players. Also, they approached to Villa while Barca want 30yo Drogba and Trez. That's hilarious. Without 2 good signings Barca cannot count on trophies.
some signings:attack-Huntelaar and Pavlyuchenko (especially him)
mid-Vaart,Diego,Hamsik,Arshavin
Players Barca should sell:Henry,Gudjohnsen,Milito

diego would be really good and in my opinion better than van der vaart... he's very creative and would bring in something different than what we already have with xavi and iniesta... therefore we also don't need fabregas and silva, they are very similar to xavi and iniesta respectevely. but for this summer i think we should get arshavin and if eto'o ends up leaving, get drogba! u can say whatever u want about his age but he's definetely world class and still has two-three years left on that level

Why would they need Drogba , Berba or Adeba when they already have better then them , million time better then all of them 3 , including and Trez , ETO'O is world class and he is still young , younger then all of them except adeba , so keep Eto'o , you don't need a better then eto'o try to get one more Scoring midfielder and there you go , nobody can stop barca , Diego , Lamp , even Rosicky if he gets ready after injury , and if there is possible to do something with D.Villa since Valencia is in economic crisis .
