British tabloid The Daily Star claims that Barcelona is preparing a 40 million euro° bid for Arsenal midfielder and Spanish international Cesc Fàbreagas (21).
With Arsenal having no plans to let the Catalan midfielder and Barcelona youth product return to Spain, Barcelona would also consider to offer players to convince the English club and to lower the price: Barcelona forward Thiery Henry (30) plus 20 million euro° could be an alternative offer. Barcelona attacker Eidur Gudjohnsen (29) and Barcelona forward Samuel Eto'o (27) are also mentioned as possible parts of a deal.

pep, with all due respect but is it really worth to write "rumours" from the likes of The Sun, The Daily Star and News of the World? How reliable are those papers actually?
Anyway, keep ut the good work.
Visca el Barça!
Good question.
Like the baseline of the blogs says "All the rumours, all the facts". Adding: "between the rumours, you'll sure find some facts".
Since for me it's not possible to evaluate the reliability of a rumour, I just choose to post them all and to let the reader decide what he thinks about it.
Cause where do you pull the line? Even respected British newspapers sometimes have stories that are hard to believe. And sometimes tabloids have a true story, so...
As what the written media are concerned, you can find some indication in the 'newspaper' - 'tabloid' difference I use.
So, basically I believe in the intelligence of the culés... ;)
pep
give them Henry or Gudjohnsen, I'd love to have Fabregas back at Barca and he'll finally play for the First team, He's good and young!
