Madrid sports tabloid As claims that Barcelona goalkeeper Albert Jorquera (29) has decided to leave the club in January (read more here).
Jorquera has been negotiating with first division club Mallorca about a loan deal with an option to buy the player at the end of the season. But with Deportivo La Coruña goalkeeper Dudu Aouate being close to Mallorca, a transfer of Jorquera to the Spanish club now seems unlikely.
Mallorca local newspaper Diario de Mallorca claims that Jorquera is still on the list in case the negotiations with Deportivo on Aouate would collapse. Mallorca nevertheless would only want to sign the Catalan goalkeeper on a free loan until the end of the season.
Asturias regional newspaper El Comercio claims that Jorquera has been offered to Sporting Gijón, but the technical staff of the Spanish first division club would have rejected the offer.

Good news i don't he will be good for juvenil B,leave because your presence prevents the board from considering a goalkeeping option,Now is the time for us to start thinking of Asenjo,Pep please inform me more about the Supposed Arsenal interest in Yaya it makes me sick
good for him.
good luck!
Those things shouldn't make you sick, but there's nothing so nothing to inform about. It's just some circle story: an English tabloid says he's on the list Arsenal is considering Toure to replace Cesc, then in Spain they say "In England they say that Arsenal is interested", and then in England they say "What we already said yesterday is now confirmed in Spain".
I had the first story, if anything new comes up, you'll have it.
Lawrenzo. Dont be worried by the yaya to arsenal rumours. Look here are the facts. Arsenal do not like to spend big money on players hence it is highly unlikely that they will start to do so now. Secondly the arsenal wage structure is very low and most likely yaya will have to earn less than he would/could at barca. Thirdly barca are not a "selling" club. We are not in debt and have no need to sell any of our best players. Finally the only way yaya would leave is if he himself was unhappy and wanted to exit barca. if this was the case it would be better to let and unhappy player go than keep somebody who does not want to be in the squad there to disrupt squad harmony
While we are trying to decide if we should be buying anyone this winter or even next summer Los Blancos seem to be trying to get their hands on just about anyone. They tried to buy Jermaine Pennant. WOW ! that scared me !
Yaya is too important to the squed. Guardiola surely know that bettsr than everyone else. You don´t sell one of the most important balance player in thh m.f and in a middle of a succesful season.
Don't worry. There is no chanse for him leaving just now.
Actually barca4life we are still in debt. Around 12 million Euros I believe. But your point is correct, we are financially stable and apparently we can spend a fortune for transfers if we want to. Joan Laporta has steadied the ship that was debt ridden before.
And lawrenzo Jorquera can't be sent to Juvenil B I believe.. They have an age limit. For Atletic, yes, but not Juvenil.
Anyway, I'll miss Albert. On his day he can be a pretty good keeper. It's just about getting the day to be his, that's the problem. I think he should go to England. They have crap keepers there and worship anyone better than theirs. Look at Reina.
If he wants to stay let him stay, if he wants to leave then let him leave for free. He have served the club and done a good job.
I respect whatever decision he makes and if he decides to leave the best of luck to Jorquera.
Reina seemed the worst keeper in the world while he was at Barca. I remember him letting through a goal of a shot from Roberto Carlos like there was a giant hole in his chest. Also was horrible at handling crosses and back-passes. But look at him now, he seems incredibly confident on every front.
