Anonymous said...: pictures say everything. it was bad performance. i was hoping whole summer long that barca would buy players interested in move to barca such as vd vaart. instead of unnecessary buying keita (buyout clause almost 15M) and hleb (around 17M) barca could have for this amount vaart (around 12M!!!) and maybe neves (9,2M! bought by hsv). neves would accept bench role easily and would be cover for left wing. and now, i just hope barca would get rid of henry in january and go for left wing. we'll see.
p.s. i don't underestimate current team, but i doubt they could do great things.; 02 September, 2008

Champions League games that were already won, a hat-trick against some shit team that we were already beating... like Levante or Valladolid... I can't remember who... doesn't matter he's too old... has no drive... complains about playing on the left when he was known for drifting out to the left and playing wide for Arsenal. I'm tired of seeing him sit out there and wait for something to happen instead of making something happen himself... he's not for this team... doesn't matter what he did at Arsenal... he's not for Barcelona. Period. Henry is not at a point in his career where he is going to make a difference in the game... he can leave tomorrow as far as I'm concerned. It seems like there are some Arsenal fans who are still holding on to what could have been... give it up... he's done. Same with Ronaldinho... glad he's gone... I have finally come to realize this after watching his first performance at Milan and his Olympic games... Ronnie is scared to take the ball to the goal these days... will not dribble at a defender... it's like he's forgotten what to do with the ball so he just continues to pass the long ball to the far post... so predictable these days... he will never be like he was... glad we got rid of him this year.; 03 September, 2008
