Asked about the rumours linking Bayern Munich wing attacker and French international Franck Ribéry (25) with a move to Barcelona and other rumours linking Belarus international Alexander Hleb (27) with a move to Bayern Munich (read more here), Bayern Munich CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has said in an interview with German television channel Premiere that none of the two transfers will happen this summer:
"We will not release a player like Ribery, who still has two and a half years left on his contract. Ribéry is a spectacular, efficient and succesful player. He's the fans' favourite. You don't sell a player like that, you keep him.
As for the story about Hleb coming our way, there's no truth at all in those rumours. We are not in contact with the player, Barcelona or the player's agent. That story is totally fake and based upon nothing."

Does he have to be so categorical ? about both stories ?
Ribery said he doesn't want to stay until his contract ends but it looks like Bayern will make him unless Ribery himself goes up to the Bayern staff and asks for a move. I hope he moves to FC Barcelona!
Kamikaze how else would he get the great taste of his own foot in his mouth when a move does happen in summer. LOL. I remember a quote from hleb last year saying he had no plans to leave arsenal and was happy.
even if we get ribery next season where he'll play...i mean wat position?
LW position where Henry plays now of if we switch to 4-4-2 he will play LM 4-4-2 is only likely to happen if we get benzema and don't sell eto'o.
4-4-2 is everything barca is not
