[2008] Capel is on the list

Madrid tabloid Marca claims that Barcelona is interested to bring in Sevilla left winger Diego Capel (20) in the summer (read more here). Barcelona sports director Txiki Begiristain would already have contacted people close to the former Barcelona youth player to inform them first hand.

Capel has a contract with Sevilla until 2009, with a buyout clause of 12 million euro. Sevilla is trying for some time now to trenew the player and to fix a higher buyout clause, but didn't achieved that goal yet. Barcelona wouldn't be the only club wanting the player.
