Given his performances so far, his potential for the future and other aspects you may want to take into account (transfer fee paid, player's mentality, etc)

10 = we couldn't have found a better guy
...
0 = we never should have bought him

Hleb was called "Zauberlehrling" or "Wizard's Apprentice" for his silky skills and dazzling tricks in Germany. It was a name that he got when he played in the Bundesliga.he still has got it in himself,those intricate passing,lightning fast driblles,an d an ambidextrious player makes him unique.pep should play him abit more.along with busquets they r the only2 players that seem to make the barca midfield which rely on slow and patient attack building manuevers,a bit more direct...which was missing last year.his pass to henry in the madrid game was a delight to watch,an indication of whats more to come from this belarusian magician......

He'll only keep improving in future, I'm sure about that. He got the bad luck to suffer an injury in the beginning of his adaptation period in the team, so he needed more time to settle in. I think lately he use nicely his chances (remember his killer passes against Sevilla and Madrid), so I think he'll go in the right direction since now.

Even though he haven't showed it yet I think he could become a great transfer. When he played in Stuttgart he was one of the best players in Bundesliga and in Arsenal he often were better then Fabregas.

A 6 for now but in 6 months it will probably be a lot higher.

Hleb has shown indications that he will be an influential player for us, and not always from the bench. He already links up well with Messi, Alves, Xavi considering the amount of time he has been given.

Pep has said until Hleb gets a better hold of Spanish, he won't feature too prominently as he wants sound communication between all his players. His time will come, and I think he will certainly be an excellent player for us.

In the first three monthes he played quite bad, when he got his chances. I remember i was very very disapoint to se his attitid againt Benidrom in the cup (both home and away) and against Bassel and Shakhtar in the CL.

He played like a frosen box, complettly not with in the match and looked like he "lost the way home".
But the guy waked up in the last month. Wonderful assists in the el Clásico to Henry (that switches the boll to Messi) and againt Sevilla.
He is still not warm in the clothes, but now all can see that therer is a chance for it.

We all hope that he will help the team.

I give him 5-6 because i can not give him better then Keita.
Not yet.

His potential for the future is huge. I still see him as a Xavi sub. But his ball handling and control skills are great, as are his passing skills. He was injured right as he was really starting to gel with the side. Now it's like he's starting over again. He'll get there.
