Kaka for £100m?
What does that make Messi and Ronaldo worth?

On Madrid:

"It doesn't surprise me what has happened to Calderon. But it changes nothing between the two clubs.

I have read that Madrid are saying we have already done a deal with them for Ronaldo. Does anyone believe that I would ever do a secret deal with Real Madrid? Also, do you think if we had we would have been able to keep it quiet from our side?

We are in a strong position with Ronaldo. He's fully settled here. I expected all the Real Madrid stuff to surface again this month and I am surprised they have been so quiet. Maybe that's because Calderon has had his wings clipped.

It will probably all come up again in the summer anyway because Real like to do their pre-emptive work around about now as a build-up to the summer. But that, for me, is the end of the matter with Cristiano Ronaldo and Real Madrid."

Good point by SAF. Considering that Messi is 21 and five years younger than Kaka. Kaka has 5 more years left in his prime at the most. And since Messi is already better at 21 than Kaka could have ever dreamed to be, then he should be worth at least twice as much.

OVER 9000!
if you have the greatest player in the world now. and he is not yet in his prime and has the chance to become not just one of the top 100 or top 20 but top 5 players ever, can you even quantify his value?

I wonder what SAF he thinks of the Teves saga?? I like his stand with Madrid. They are bullies and use Marca to unsettle players.
