Asked about his recovery from a right leg quadriceps injury (read more here), Barcelona player Andrés Iniesta (24) has said in an interview with the club's official media that he could play against Villareal next weekend although he doesn't want to take any risks:
"The important thing now is that I feel very good and that I'm at the end of my recovery. Last week, I started training with the group and that was an important and joyful moment. Step by step I'm getting closer to being able to play a game, which is what I want the most.
I don't know if I will be available next weekend against Villareal. Little by little I'm integrating into the team and we'll see how it goes this week. But when I'm capable of playing, I'll play. I already said when I got injured that I would come back if I would be fully recovered. I don't want to return too early and then be out again for a longer period."
Iniesta got injured during the Champions League game against Basel on Tuesday 4 November and was then expected to be out for six to eight weeks.

AMEN !!!
actually ini...why dont you take christmas off.. no need to rush.. we are winning now. much rather you take an extra week than be injured on and off for the rest of the season.
Please don't play him Pep. Let him fully recovered and 150% fit to play then play him. With Henry getting better, we also have Hleb to give playtime.
wooooooohoooooooooo :)
