Medical: Iniesta returns to the pitch

Barcelona player Andrés Iniesta (24), who is recovering from a quadriceps injury (read more here), started the second phase of his recovery yesterday by returning to the training pitch to do some running.

The recovery of Iniesta is progressing as scheduled. The second phase should last between 15 and 20 days. In the final phase, Iniesta will work on his strength and will start to train with the rest of the squad.

Iniesta got injured during the Champions League game against Basel on 4 November and was then expected to be out for six to eight weeks.

Dang i didn't know he could play frisbee too! Thought it was only table tennis and voetbal.

The cameraman's finger is a bit over the lens so he blocks a bit of the picture...should we come with our knives?
