Medical: Hleb probably out for three to four weeks

Barcelona's mediacal staff has announced that Barcelona attacker Alexander Hleb (27) has suffered a sprain of the external lateral ligament of his left ankle (degree 2-3) and the middle toe of his left foot during yesterday's game against Racing Santander.

After a fault eight minutes before half time, the Belarussian player had to leave the pitch and was replaced by Iniesta.

Hleb will probably not be available for the next three to four weeks. There will be further tests later today.

Too bad he can't play in the CL against Sporting.

The worst part was the tackle could have been prevented had the ref made clear that sort of thing wasn't going to be tolerated. As it was, the Santander players put the boot in and left it in. That and the Alves challenge should have been straight reds.

Refereeing in Spain is becoming more and more ridiculous. This game was full of mistakes from the ref, most of them favoring Racing! In fact this draw can pretty much be attributed to the bad refereeing. Surely the refs can be better trained, i mean they aint perfect in the EPL either, far from it....but they are a whole lot better than in Spain! For the same ref who didnt give a penalty to Iniesta to go and give the foul that led to their goal is honestly a joke.....sometimes i wonder if these guys arent getting paid something to make sure we get the short end of the stick cos it seems to happen more often than not!!!
