Why do they use different kits for the CL?

The back of this kit is mostly blue, while the la liga kit is split in half?

Take a look at Camp Nou, its Empty ffs...Its sad to see actually that so many seats are empty, they should lower the price for the match tickets or do like Benirdorm game, buy 1 ticket go 2...
