Italian sports paper Il Corriere dello Sport claims that, besides AC Milan (read more here), also Inter Milan and Juventus are closely following Barcelona forward and Cameroonian international Samuel Eto'o (27), whose contract with Barcelona expires in the summer of 2010.
Inter and Juventus plan to make a bid next summer although it's not excluded they could already move during the January transfer market.
With the three Italian top teams ready to enter the race for the Cameroonian striker, the paper claims that Inter and Juventus could start with an advantage because the relationship between Eto'o and Milan player Ronaldinho wouldn't be excellent.

dream on scudeto idiots
why would he leave barca for a lowly second class oldie italian teams i hated milan enough for taking ronie and now this!!!
there trying 2 copy us try naming your teams like ac barca or inter barca or juvelona . dumasses . i haaaaaaate itaaaaaaaaly
In the same aspect you could easily say the same thing about Barca and our intrest in Arsenal-players. Ronnie leaving for Milan seems like the best option ever for both him and Barca at the time. Eto'o leaving for some italian team seems a bit far-fetched, but is nevertheless a posibility. If that happen it will happen because he does'nt want to play for Barca anymore. And that's when a player should leave if you ask me.
There's no squad list yet, Anony. Guardiola has apparently the habit at home games of not giving a list until just before the game to keep everyone focused.
That's not impossible for Eto'o to go to Italy, but I think it's a little bit unrealistic goal for any Italian team. This is not about money or something like that. Eto'o stated recently that he'll be happy to end his career in France. Until then, he'll be Barca player, I'm 100% sure.
But, it's still all about Eto'o's renewal. Primary players to renew are Xavi, Puyol, so, it will pass some time when Eto'o will sign extension. I think he will sign, because it is clear to Guardiola and other staff that he's in the best shape of all strikers in the Europe and they don't want to lose such a player.
In the end, all possibilities are still open. Maybe some of them will offer a price Barca cannot refuse.
@hamad ali: to be true, I hate Milan too (mostly because their Fascism and stupid greedy Berlusconi) and I was angry R10 leaved (I get hardly over it), but it's football, and above all, business. What if Barca buy Fabregas, Arsenal fans should hate Barca?
Aulas won't ask 100M for Benzema. You'll see. When some of the clubs offer 40M, and he smells money, he'll sell him.
Getting Cesc for "free" from us, and then sell him back for shit loads of money. If anything, Arsenal fans should love us.
