Dear Culés,
Have you ever sat infront of your TV or computer while you were watching a FC Barcelona game and hoped you could share your excitement, feelings, and opinions with other fans LIVE as it happens?
Starting this weekend, we are proud to present you the new FC Barcelona Match Chat. Now you will be able to communicate before, during, and after the match. The chat will be available from two hours before until two hours after the match. In the future this could turn into a 24/7 chat.
The chat is designed to be very user friendly and just requires you to enter your desired nickname and join (no registration required!). It is open to everyone, therefore make sure to invite your friends and spread the message. If you encounter any troubles or difficulties please put them here in the comments section or contact omarx in the chatroom.

what you still can do is to put some stream videos regarding the current match to the board. i'm sure you can copy and paste the html code of the stream player into this board so the members and guests can watch the runnig game here.

Chatting will be enabled from 17:00 (5:00pm) local time and will remain until 2 hours until the match is finished.

I cannt connect, but i am not sure if its my bad connection.
no need to be stressed about it, chat application is a very complicated thing to set up and at the beginnings patience needed to overcome all problems, with time it will go perfectly.
The guys are doing a great job.

I have been around on the chat since the start and I can confirm it actually works.
But maybe there are some set up problems, will ask Omar.
If you can't get on the chat, you can discuss in the "Match discussion" topic.

I am trying to figure out what the problem is as most people are still able to connect.
If you get the message "Unable to connect", just refresh the website (simply press the F5 key on your keyboard).
This is the first time for the chat so please have patience as I will try to iron out all the problems people are getting.

Ok, I think I fixed the problem as Alex, K-1, and a few others that had troubles joined after the match. Hopefully everyone will be able to connect on Wednesday.

You happen to the know the server your on?
I personally think keeping the room moderate - no one will ever be able to speak if someone is not around to (+)V them. Plus - other futher problems with netsplits and server being overloaded with sign attempts through bnc and dns.
