Yes, renew Samu and sell Titi! Only problem is that Titi is unsellable, not only for his salary but also for his play.

I think Zaragoza would be a good option for Jeffren if Guardiola doesn't want him with the team.

Zaragoza has great players and will play the top of the second division. I think it's a better option than loan him to a Primera team from the bottom.
