It's strange how he disappeared after his good start. I mean, he was there when we wona gainst Wisla, played very good and suddenly he's totally out of the picture (while he's the only winger in the squad). And noow this, could be a long season for him...

Iniesta sealed his place on the left, and for Messi position the player who will be the back up is Bojan, not pedro, because Messi is not playing as a winger anymore, but as a second striker.

---Messi(Bojan)-----Iniesta(Pedro)-
------------Eto'o(Henry)----------

Agreed, Ramzi, but that still doesn't explain why he played in the pre-season (same system) and then not. And if he doesn't fit the system, like you suggest, it didn't make sense to bring him with the team.

He should have been given some chances to be substitute but apparently Guardiola prefers to give minutes to more established players.

"Guardiola prefers to give minutes to more established players."

Don't agree at all with that comment. Busquets are playing instead of Touré that is a lot more experienced. I don't think Pedro have what it takes to play at this level, at least not now. Doesn't seem to be able to handle the pressure.
