A few months ago, I discoverd there exists this thing where you can add yourself as "follower" of a blog.
There are several ways to become a follower of a blog, but the easiest ways is to click the "Follow this Blog" link under the "Followers" widget you see at the left on your screen.
To become a follower, I think you should have a Google Account. Which is easy to create and will make it for example more easy to post comments on blogs (since you don't have to fill in your nickname every time). A Gmail account comes with a built-in Google Account.
When you become a follower of a blog, the blog will also be added to the Reading List on your Blogger dashboard. Additionally, you can become a follower of any blog or URL.
