Catalan sports paper Sport claims that Barcelona is following Spartak Moscow forward and Russian international Roman Pavlyuchenko (26).
Because of the high transfer fees of other candidates, Barcelona is looking to new options for the centre forward position and Guardiola would like the Russian striker. Pavlyuchenko would cost around 10 million euro°.

Fair price. I was watching him playing several times and I like him playing. I think he might be good addition to the squad, especially if Eto'o stays. Tall, strong, shoots well, real new Larsson. In Barca he might be better and better. Last year or two R.Madrid was interested in him also.

I agree with coments above but the problem is that pavlyuchenko is not new larsson and will never be as he lacks scoring he lacks that intuition. but anyway he could make great addition to the squad
he is incredibble player, he is so fast, has good shot and has good ball control, and the price is low, so barcelona buy him soon as you can.
I guess he could provide a scoring option off the bench? I'll at least admit that for the price he seems like a good bargain compared to other, more popular options. You have to ask yourself, for 30mil more how much better is Villa than this lad? I think Villa is better, but NOT 30mil better. So perhaps this wouldn't be such a bad move after all.

Buy silva and villa. that duo is the best to replace eto'o, and dinho. And they have a good understanding between them, as well as dinho and eto'o had. And hernanes or moutinho to replace deco.. Then we will have an ekstremly strong team
