Pep, why do you use a scientific term, polyvalent, to describe Victor's midfield position?

Dont like it. Sanchez was playing bad, he should be in the B team. On the other hand Jeffren and Victor Vazquez were great. Mainly the first one.

WTF is wrong with Barca?

they aren't considering to promote Jeffren (20) but are considering to pay 16 mio. and sign Capel (20)?

either they have no trust in Jeffren to take over the left wing or they are just nuts...also Assulin is coming in the next few years...why would we go after Capel? I don't get it.

to anon 1: that's just the way how he's described, as a player who's basically some kind of midfielder but who can play a lot of positions in midfield and defense.

How would you call that then? Versatile? Feel free to give me language advice if you feel like it. English is not my mother tongue so I won't feel offended at all.

Polyvalent is an apt way to describe some1 who can play various positions. Nothings wrong with it and its grammatically correct.
I totally agree that its madness to buy a winger when we have youths who can fullfill hte position very well. Iwonder whether we should even consider jeffren a youth since the guy's 20 and not gettin younger. He fits the LW bill better than Capel because of his shooting and technical skill. Capel can deliver great crosses but its not like we have an Adebayor who's strong point is heading. eto is the tallest forward we have with heading ability, henry is not particularly known for his heading, while Bojan isnt that strong enough yet to shrug off a defender to head the ball. I believe we should be making use of jeffren in the LW position. Should he not fit the bill as guardiola says, we have enough players to cover the position till the january transfer window. why is bergistain want to buy a player so badly anyway has he no faith in the youth system.
Pep is their anyway for us to air our views to the barcelona hierachy? :-) its a shame you're not the real Pep Guardiola

imo Sergi Basquets is as excelent player and would be excelent back up for the midfield I hope he gets called up more often. And to all those people singing Jefrens praises I am sorry but you are wrong he isnt all that i have seen him play and capel can run circles around him

Busquets is shit, last game the worst player on the pitch. A "fancy boy" because his father is a coach...

Busquets isn't shit, he just makes blind and lazy passes sometimes, but I think he will be a good player.I like Victor Vazquez. He thinks quickly, never seems phased, and makes nice passes. It's a shame he was injured for most of the pre season.
