Zambrotta and Giovani transfer fees

Catalan sports paper El Mundo Deportivo that Barcelona will receive 16 million euro° plus a possible 6 million euro° variables for the transfers of Barcelona full back defender and Italian international Gianluca Zambrotta (31) to AC Milan and Barcelona right wing attacker and Mexican international Giovani dos Santos (19) to Tottenham.

Milan would pay Barcelona 9 million° euro for Zambrotta (read more here). If Milan qualifies for the Champions League in the next two season, they would have to pay each time another million euro°. Italian newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport claims that the two million euro° depend on the fact that Milan will end in the first three of the Serie A next season.

Tottenham would pay Barcelona 7 million euro° for Giovani (read more here). the English Premier league club will pay another 4 million euro° depending on the games the player will play for his new club. Giovani not interested in renewing a contract?? Enough said this shows enough that Giovani doesnt have much interest to continue playing for Barca (long run)... It doesnt take a lot to realise that if a player doesnt have intentions to continue playing for a club to let the player go especially when the player still has a transfer fee...

It is definately dissapointing to watch Giovani go...

Yea what's his problem why does he wanna leave a club where the fan's treat him like shit and the only person that had faith in him was fired!!

Well Iam a Barca fan and in my opinion Giovani should stay...

With the above comment yea... Fans have different opinion's and dont blame them as they expect players to perform when a player is on the field...

Giovani is treated unfairly by Barca Fan's... Giovani is NOT a bad player for changing to another club because of this and also not saying that Barca Fan's are not good as expectations are there (although in this case set a little too high by fan's)...

If you were Giovani, in this case there would probably be only two options... Play on with Barca and try your best to earn the fan's cheers and Manager's faith or switch to another club...

But honestly at his age and the fact that he is still progressing is enough pressure to handle the pressure of fan's is too much... so again.. it is still VERY dissapointing if Gio leaves...
