Italian football site Napoli Press claims that Barcelona is one of the European top clubs that is following Brescia forward and German youth international Savio Nsereko (19).
Nsereko, who was born in Uganda, was signed by Italian second division club Brescia in the summer of 2005. During his first season in Italy, the German striker made his first team debut in the Serie B.
