Alves will sign four-year deal

Asked about his transfer to Barcelona, Sevilla right back defender and Brazilian international Daniel 'Dani' Alves (25) reconfirmed the transfer to journalists in Brazil(read more here): "I hope to have the same success with Barcelona like I had with Sevilla the past five and a half years. I think I couldn't leave Sevilla in a better way after having won everthing with the club.'

Alves said that he will sign a four-year deal with his new club. The Brazilian will travel to Barcelona in the beginning of July to put his signature under the contract.

ok good now get two of the three: Silva, Villa, and Moutinho....and i believe we should be excellent....we have people in place of all these people but getting them is in the best interest...I personally prefer to keep Ronaldinho but Silva is a great replacement if he should leave...same with Villa for Eto'o, i prefer Eto'o but Villa is a great replacement....and Moutinho is very promising!

This will get everyone excited:

Note his technique. If it's one thing the Brazilians have, it's great shot technique. Head down, lifts off the shot very nicely. I still can't believe this has happened. Everyone will be pleasantly surprised by his defense, and the way that he gets under opposing players skins. He's a yellow card generator (but the opposite of Deco) for the other side.

Villa would be a great addition, almost as great as Alves. What a summer we've had. Is it next season yet?

The prospect of Alves linking up with Messi on the right side already has me drooling! With Alves making his attacking runs from the back that should open up more space for Messi and defenses won't be able to collapse on him like they did last year. Now if we can just get Silva we should be in pretty good shape.

yes finally we won the race on signing alves .and now imagine alves and messi combing in an superb attack on the right side but on the left side we surly need silva he is the one who can take total control on the left hand side so sign him as soon as possible before other clubs come for him.And a good striker i prefer benzema .but if he is not coming this year then sign david villa but not mario he can only suited in england and germany

Alves is the best right back in the world .We need Villa for replacement of Eto'o. I prefer Ronaldinho to stay or Quaresma for his replacement. FCB Forever in my heart. Mac,Skopje Macedonia
