PSG goalkeeper Landreau offers himself

French newspaper Le Parisien claims that Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper and French international Mickaël Landreau (29) could have offered himself to Barcelona.

Landreau, who doesn't have an official agent since his represantive broke some time ago with player's agency IMG, would want to live a new experience by joining a foreign club and has ordered an intermediary to look for a team in the Spanish league.

The French player has already been contacted by Real Madrid to become their second goalkeeper but could think to have better playing chances at Barcelona. The contract of Landreau at PSG expires at the end next season but the Frenchman can buy out his contract for 2 million euro°.

This is what a joke VV has become. We have random keepers offering thereselves due to his shambolic performances lol

He's good goalkeeper and more experienced than VV, so I presume he could be a good signing and a threat to VV's position.

He is good. An ex-france international but not to the level of even Asenjo.

If we want a one for the future then we need Asenjo or Mandanda (france's goalie- plays with marseille)

If we want an experienced keeper: Boruc of FC Celtic or Doni of Roma or Palop of Sevilla.

Most realistic : Asenjo or Boruc

I have known this guy now for years!!! he was excellent at Nantes. now I think he is over the top...he is on a downward spiral. however with keepers you never know. maybe what he needs a major challenge like Barca to get back to the top.

these 2 are reallly goood... he looks like superman...
but i loooked at some of VV's saves n they too look gud... may be he's past his best years... tat must be the only reason... even if his confidence was there, i doubt he will get back to th time he was at his peak...

Its the Penalty area, Hamad.

i still don't understand ramzi.
they were talking about it in the news and how their going to use it in football like it's something new.
don't we already have a penalty area in football , where we shoot penalties?
i wanna know about it cuz arsene wenger was complaining about it and how it's gonna ruin football, he and fergie complain about everything though

Aha now I got your point.
Traditionally the Sin bin represented the Penalty box in football, compared to some other sports.

Recently there are lot of talking about applying the Sin bin rule in football. Its a rule where instead of suspending a player from a game or booking him (yellow card), the Referees send the player out of the game to spend 10 minutes out of the match (in a sin bin), then he get back to the game.

Nothing clear about how to apply this, and how can u send a goalkeeper there for example, will the team play without keeper or with one of the outfield players between the posts for 10 minutes?

thanks ramzi.
damn that rule will screw up football.
that rule is the reason i hate basketball.

Anonymous said...
