Catalan sports paper Sport claims that Barcelona could fully turn its attention to the Moutinho or Hernanes options if the negotiations on the transfer of Arsenal midfielder and Belarussian international Alexander Hleb (27) keep being blocked by Arsenal.
The visit of Barcelona sports vice president Marc Ingla to the London club on Friday didn't bring much progress in the talks (read more here). Arsenal is trying to use the interest of Bayern Munich in the player to raise the transfer fee to 20 million euro°, which Barcelona judges to be excessive.
Catalan sports paper El Mundo Deportivo claims that Barcelona is willing to pay 15 million euro° and that Bayern has made Arsenal a higher offer. The English Premier League club would have accepted the fact that Hleb will leave but wants to play it hard and get as much money as possible for the player.

I just red it at goal.com. 20M is too much for this B-quality player. I wrote a comment for Hernanes and I think V.d. Vaart would be the best option for attacking midfielder. Barca must not sell their players for peanuts and paying some nonsense amounts of money for players like Hleb. My opinion is that 2 or 3 big signings would be great for next season. I'd prefer V.d. Vaart, Villa, Silva, Huntelaar, maybe Aguero. We'll see.
With Xavi and Iniesta staying and Thiago Alcantara coming through the season after next, there is no need to buy three new players for the advanced midfield positions. And, with both Moutinho and Hernanes being better buys, why bother with Hleb?
Also, it is claimed that Chelsea would offer Drogba as part of the deal to bring Ronnie and Deco to their club. As he is not good enough to come to Barca, they could ask for Lampard (who is expected to leave)instead if either Moutinho or Hernanes cannot join.
Forget this guy, we dont need him. Get Hernanes, Silva and Villa (if eto'o is sold) and we will have a complete team for next season. Maybe an extra full back.
Arsenal is acting exactly as Barça should when it comes to sell a player. Instead our club let players leave for bargains. It's so frustrating. Don't by this player, go for Hernanes or Moutinho instead.
hleb can also play on the wing. Did moutinho impress you that much on the EC? Not me. Hleb did impress me in the cl matches. Would be a great signing for 15m

If Barcelona sign Hleb I will put my support towards Rosell and cast my own vote of no confidence towards Laporta! Yes, I know, who the hell cares?! Well I DO! We didn't need Keita and we don't need Hleb either! Just sign Moutinho and Silva for God's sake!
Please don't spend 40mil or more on Villa he's not worth that much! Instead, get Guiza for now! You can get him at a much more modest price and he wants to be at Barca! Then hopefully next year you can take a crack at Benzema.
