umm, as far as i remember, the official inter site had reported his injury as a "sprain" not a fracture. he wont be benched though a footballer can play with a wrist injury, no problemo. ask a mr cech, who played with a cracked skull.

I am NOT a doctor but I don't think his hand is broken . It is probably a strain or a stress fracture which is not too bad . He can play with a light brace . Good day for Barça !!
It is broken and he'll be operated tomorrow.. Won't play until Gamper-trophy probably.. Means he'll miss spanish supercup (first leg)
