Speaking to French television channel TF1, Bayern Munich attacker and French international Franck Ribéry (26) has confirmed that Barcelona is among the clubs that have shown interest in him this summer but has said that he will stay with Bayern this summer:
"I first want to make clear that I have never said that I wanted to leave for Real Madrid. If I would have wanted to leave, I would have announced that. That's why this bothers me, because I have never spoken in public.
Now, I cannot withold clubs from making offers. And it wasn't only Real Madrid. There was also Barcelona, Manchester United and Chelsea. What I can say to them is that today I'm still at Bayern and the doors are really closed now. The club leaders really want me to stay."

Eto'o rejected offers from Lyon and Kuruvchi
Asked about the rumours having linked him with a summer move to Olympique Lyon (read more here), Barcelona forward and Cameroonian international Samuel Eto'o (27) admitted in an interview with French television station TF1 that he had received an offer from the French champions:
"Lyon made a serious effort to sign me. I talked with officials of the club and was tempted. At that time it wasn't possible but you cannot exclude anything for the future."
Regarding the rumpours linking him with Uzbek club Kuruvchi (read more here), Eto'o said they made him an offer that blew him away: "They offered me 25 million dollar to stay there for two or three months. I hallucinated with the proposal but as a player of the Cameroonian national team I have to be at the highest possible level and therefore I have to play with a big club. I couldn't accept that offer."

Thuram postpones decision on future club
Asked about the rumours linking him with a summer move to French club Paris Saint-German (read more here), Barcelona central defender and French international Lilian Thuram (36) has admitted in an interview with French television channel TF1 that PSG is an option but that he didn't make a decision yet and certainly didn't have signed already:
"There are a lot of things that interest me, including joining PSG. I don't know what will happen in the coming days, so I can't say much about it. A foreign club is still an option and is being discussed. There are contacts with clubs in Italy, England and even Scotland. We'll see."
The contract of Thuram at Barcelona expires at the end of this month and with Barcelona not planning to offer the Frenchman a renewal (read more here), the player is free to negotiate with other clubs.
