Gudjohnsen still unaware of future

Asked about his future (read more here), Barcelona attacker and Icelandic international Eidur Gudjohnsen (30) has said at a press conference that he still doesn't know if he will stay or leave the club:

"I still don't know what the future will bring, although I hope it will be solved in the coming weeks. As time goes by, we'll see if I stay or if I leave. I won't tell you anything more than that, because it's not yet clear to me.

I will possibly be able to tell you more in the weeks to come.
For now, I'm staying but we all know that everything can change. I can only say that my decision will exclusively depend on sporting reasons. I'm now only tinking about preparing myself mentally and physically for the new season, that will be long and hard, with a lot of trophies in play. I'm motivated for that. I look back at my time in England with great memories. It was a wonderful time but whether I will return to England is not so sure. I think we can only see what the future holds."

It's so hard to get rid of this guy. His contribution to the team is next to notning. One of the biggest flops in the Laporta-era.

Let's face it: he signed with us in his prime, when he was 27. If he now joins let's say West Ham his salary will be three times less. Can we blame him that he wants to stay. As fans, yes. But as non-fan, I understand him.

sure, this guy should leave,no contributor to our game.

Thanks guddy for your contribution. But time to move on. We need younger guys now.

Guys sport.es is reporting that Etoo wants an apology from guardiola for saying his 'feeling'. This is getting insane from etoo. I cant believe this guy.

he has a good character as a player or teammate too, like that on him, but i wonder how he managed to survive that long at our club, as for me, he never was an add to our squad.
appreciate his attitude, but now, it's really time for him to move on, also for himself it would be the best option, to get more playtime elsewhere and make way for someone more able to turn games for good

Barca is a very cruel club when comes to treating players and coach.
Few incidences..
Helenio Herera
Maradona
Johan Cruyff
De la pena
Guardiola
Rivaldo
van gaal
Rijkard
Ronaldinho
etoo
Gudjohnsen

@albert dont stereotype us like that. There is no place for madristas here.

lol albert all i can do is laugh at your comment. explain how ronaldinho, rikjaard, johan cruyff, gudjohnson, guardiola, de la pena and maradona were treated badly.

Albert, u want Barca to hug Dinho and say "u can still do it man" or something??? he is legend. but remember he was a ticking time bomb. i say it was a gr8 deal that we sold him for that much money... same thing for few others too in ur list.

Please don't put Gudjohnsen in a list with Barcelona legends... I don't see how we are threating him bad, honestly.
