Chigry, Ibra and Maxwell, good job for this summer, now we just need somebody like Robben, or Suarez, Ozil, Mancini, Lennon, Babbel or Sneider, and showtime can begin.
So what will happen to Henry,Iniesta, Pedro and Jeffren?All those players need playing time.With Dima we have a very good squad.From experience good players will lose their confidence and form if confined to the bench.
Henry is not getting any younger & would be more than happy to share his role with Bojan or a new player.
Iniesta needs to be rotated with Xavi & Yaya so that he would reduce his chances of picking up an unnecessary knock. Xavi needs to be provided with some rest because he's been playing like a LOT of matches, and the hectic schedule ahead won't help it wither. I think Xavi, Iniesta & Yaya need to share their play-time at CM & CAM positions with Yaya contributing at CDM during important matches. And Iniesta need ro be confined at MID itself and not at LW or RW.
Pedro is not yet up to the level to provide quality back-up for our front three, not against quality oppositions. Jeffren needs to be loaned out to gain some more experience because he's already par Barca B level imo. I think signing some one like Luis Suarez who can provide cover at all 3 front positions is more than just a luxury for us, because even considering Bojan & Pedro we don't have cover for Ibra. Henry is confined for LW position because even during friendlies Bojan had been playing as CF and he's been looking like a little lost off late :(
bojan will miss 1 month due to his u21 world cup match for spain
I have to disagree with Andréssibraviqué's view that Pedro isn't a good backup for Henry
